    Its a physical piece of hardware ( not a hard drive!!!) but a mini circuit board that is attached to the systemboard.

    The software running on the laptop is the interface to the hardware that the admin would use.

    No. It locks it …
    No. It locks it using the CPU. Not the BIOS. He even said, you cant boot from any devices, so essentially it’s disabled the BIOS.
